These terms apply to your use of https://cactusgaragedooraz.com and to enquiries and bookings made through it. Work we actually carry out is additionally covered by the written estimate and invoice we give you at the time — and if the two ever disagree, the invoice wins.

1. Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us about work. You agree not to misuse it: no attempting to gain unauthorised access, no automated scraping, and no submitting false booking requests.

2. Prices shown on this site

The prices published here are our standard prices, provided in good faith so you can budget. They are not a quotation. The final price depends on your door, the parts required and the work involved, and we confirm the exact figure with you before we begin. If we cannot honour a published price for your particular job, we will tell you why before doing any work.

Prices may change without notice. The price that applies to you is the one we confirm for your job.

3. Estimates, service fees and coupons

Estimates given over the telephone are based on what you describe to us. They are an indication rather than a binding quotation, because we have not yet seen the door.

We do not charge a service or call-out fee. Coupons and promotional offers advertised on this site cannot be combined with other offers, are limited to one per customer, must be mentioned at the time of booking or before payment, and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

4. Appointments and arrival windows

Every booking gets an arrival window rather than a single time, and a technician will normally call ahead. Windows are estimates: traffic, weather and the job before yours can move them. If we are going to be late, we will tell you. Our opening hours are Sunday – Thursday: 6:00 am – 10:00 pm · Friday: 6:00 am – 5:00 pm · Saturday: Closed.

Emergency response times quoted on this site apply during opening hours, and depend on technician availability and where you are in Arizona.

Please let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or rearrange, so we can offer the slot to someone else.

5. Access and safety

You will need to give our technician safe access to the garage and the door, and to keep children and pets clear of the working area. Garage door springs and cables are under extreme tension and are genuinely dangerous — please do not attempt to adjust or remove them yourself, and do not operate a door we have partially dismantled.

6. Warranty

We provide a warranty on the parts we supply and the labour we perform. The specific period and what it covers is set out on your invoice, because it varies by part and by manufacturer.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, impact, weather, pests, power surges or ordinary wear, nor work carried out on the door by anyone else after we leave, nor parts you supplied yourself.

7. Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We will always tell you the price before we start work.

8. Content on this website

Text, photographs, logos and graphics on this site belong to Cactus Garage Door Repair or its licensors. Photographs of completed work show jobs we have actually carried out; results on your own door will vary with its condition, age and specification. Reviews shown on this site are genuine customer reviews as published on Google.

9. Limitation of liability

The information on this website is provided for general guidance and without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

This limitation concerns the website. Our liability for work physically carried out at your property is governed by your invoice, our warranty and our insurance.

10. Complaints

If something is not right, please call (480) 944-5114 first. Most problems are solved with a return visit, and we would far rather fix it than argue about it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Arizona.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here when you use the site is the version that applies.
